The hotel had a prime location near the BEAUTIFUL Julia Beach. The pool area was a highlight, offering a relaxing space surrounded by well-kept gardens. I found the staff very helpful. They were always available to assist with any requests. The attentiveness of the team contributed positively to my time.
The bar noise at night was audible in my room. I needed to contact reception about this issue.

The hotel's proximity to Julia Beach allowed for easy access to seaside relaxation. The beach is less than 10 minutes away. I walked to Vilamoura in about an hour along the beach. The neighborhood provides a wonderfully quiet atmosphere.

The room I had was very basic. It felt more like a three-star accommodation. The facilities seemed dated, and the small TV screen was underwhelming (especially for a hotel of this supposed caliber).

the breakfast was good, i like the variety. the location felt quite quiet, that was great. i could walk to local restaurants and the beach, that helped a lot. staff was friendly.
the furniture round pool area felt a bit cramped. rooms needs some updating, they did not feel quite like a five-star experience. it need some improvements.

I found the breakfast appropriate. If I needed anything, I just asked the waiter. The bedroom was fabulous. It was very clean and perhaps needs a little modernisation on the colours, but otherwise it was perfect!!!
The hotel does not provide additional drinking water in the rooms. I have to pay for sun beds at the beach.
