Ria Park Hotel & Spa, Almancil

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptional and made every effort to assist with anything we needed, which truly enhanced our experience. The room was luxurious and impeccably clean, and the dining options exceeded our expectations. However, the only downside was the minor issues we faced with reservations before our arrival, which left a bit of a sour taste, though everything was resolved beautifully once we got there.

Our group holiday turned out to be quite disappointing at this supposed '5-star' hotel. The staff at the pool bar were unwelcoming, and the food options, particularly at breakfast, were lacking in quality and variety. However, the cheerful demeanor of one staff member while checking out was a bright spot. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations for a luxurious experience.
